How about providing a feedback / complaints section on your insurance website.

It would be beneficial for monitoring and improving your customer service. A useful tool enabling you to resolve customer complaints (if you care that is) and retain business. I received poor service, I cancelled my claim & 2 polices without even any questions to retain my business or provide resolution! Very unprofessional and now I know there is a reason your policies are cheaper!

    wonderful service when buying policies but no service when making claim. No written communication, all details only on my instigation. After 10 weeks waiting for registration claim document was told it had been sent "several times" Why? No other mail went missing including birthday cards etc,etc etc
