With banks charging in excess of $40.00 in the event that a payment falls on the odd day you do not have enough money and when even banks are telling us not to use direct debit, surely there is another way we (like BPAY) that we can use your products and pay our bills. I have three products (2 x cars and 1 x house insurance) with Woolworths and I am happy to continue using Woolworths insurance but only if Woolworths can issue me with the service I require as a customer.

Not Fair Woolworths! Not Fair! Update your payment options or I will have to go elsewhere.
