This way I don't have to call you and can simply make the change online
How about a different way to pay like a one time payment over the phone that gets deducted straight away or paper or email bills where we can pay like normal people so we can stop getting the unsuccessful transaction/debit message... It's a system stuff up but I bet when push comes to shove and we need the insurance cover for something we'll get blamed for not being covered because payments are always late !!
