To be able to download a copy of insurance policy
I have car insurance on direct debit, I get notified it didn't work 5 days after date I ring for help why it failed try again I'm told won't know if it works for another 5 days so get on this so called portal of course that took forever because the verification wouldn't go to hotmail address so used Gmail, now I'm on portal it doesn't show if your insured doesn't give receipt number, it's really quite pathetic would be quicker using cheque and mail congratulations.
enable full address details to be added online - your help line was rude!
Here is an idea -when your phone consultant (SUNNY) guarantees to do something ensure that they do it.
Provide an online porthole that allows me to change the payment details for any monthly payment system I have for my policy
