I don't appreciate having to hold for over 25 minutes without a reply - other than your obviously ridiculous assertion that "someone will be with me shortly". So I tried your online chat. Chatting is a two way process except it's not. Telling me that "We are connecting you to one of our Customer Care Representatives now." doesn't cut it when I've been online for 20 minutes. The use of the words Customer Care would seem to be a bit of a misrepresentation. Good job I'm cancelling my policy. God help me if I needed to make a claim.
